If you’re integrated with Appsflyer, you can view data from this tracking platform in Affise too. Thus it is not needed to switch between platforms to analyze all information.

How to connect Affise and Appsflyer

Firstly you need to go to Marketplace -> Appsflyer:

plugin.png

Enable the plugin, insert AppID and Token, which you need to get on Appsflyer’s side.

  • AppID is an ID of the application which you want to get statistics for.
  • Token is your API-token, which is needed to connect Affise and Appsflyer via API (otherwise no data will appear in Statistics: Appsflyer in Affise).

If you have AppID like 'id123456789' (for App Store), then insert it in the relevant field as it is (with 'id' part).  If you have AppID lie 'com.hoteltonight.android.prod' (for Google Play Market), insert it as it is.

An example: let's suppose you have three AppID. Insert them as:

id16345745654,id15645653454,com.casino.android

If something is wrong with AppID and/or Token, you will receive a notification with the error message:

AFerror.jpg

The error message is actually an Appsflyer's server response, so if the message isn't clear for you - refer to Appsflyer Support, please.

import.pngYou should have access to Pull API on Appsflyer side. It is needed to meet 2 conditions to have access:

  • to be registered in Appsflyer as an agency or an agency&network;
  • to be allowed to get data by API by your advertiser (he should allow API usage).

If you're agent in Appsflyer and don't see the data in Affise, ask advertiser to provide you access to:

You will get the Statistics in the ‘Statistics’ section on the next day at 00.00 UTC (00.00) approximately. Statistics is updated once a day due to Appsflyer API limits at this very time.

Appsflyer Statistics
