IO document function lets you attach the insertion order document as a sign of commitment to a specific offer between you and your publisher.
It is managed on each offer separately in the admin panel side and displayed on the partner panel's offer level accordingly.
On the Offer edit page you may upload a new IO document, view it or delete it.
Once the Affiliate manager attaches the IO document, it is supposed to be signed by an Affiliate and reattached back when requesting the access to the offer Tracking URL.
An Affiliate manager will be able to review the signed document through the Ticketing system in the 'Tickets' section - > 'Ticket list' tab - > 'Offer request' ticket type.

The flow above is most commonly used for the offers in Pre-Moderation status when an Affiliate is supposed to request the access to the offer Tracking URL through the partner panel in Affise. Even though the IO document is attached to the offer, all Affiliates can run a public offer while only enabled Affiliates can get offer Tracking URL of a private one.
If you delete the IO document, Affiliate won’t receive it via ticket when he is trying to get an access for offer with Premoderation privacy level. You can upload a new IO document at any time.
