How to start working with the 24Metrics FraudShield?
To start using the FraudShield, you need to contact the FraudShield Team firstly to get your credentials.
To enable the plugin on the Affise platform, you should go this way: 'Marketplace' section - > 'FraudShield' plugin and put your Tracker Public ID to the specified field:
Tracker Public ID is taken in the Settings section located in your FraudShield account. See the way: Integrations - > Setup - > New tracker - > Tracking Platform - > Affise
How to set up 24Metrics FraudShield in Affise?
You can find 24Metrics FraudShield settings here: 'Admin Panel' - > 'Marketplace' section - > 'FraudShield' plugin:
- Enable - activates FraudShield plugin;
- Tracker Public ID - your token on FraudShield side;
- Send All Conversions - allows all conversions registered in the instance to be sent to FraudShield. Once it is enabled, the following depiction is appeared in 'Offers' section - > 'Offer edit' page - > 'Plugins' tab - > 'FraudShield by 24Metrics':
If the option "Send All Conversions" (in the plugin page) isn't ticked, there is an opportunity to send conversions registered only for the specific offer. In order to do that it is needed to enable the following option in the 'Offers' section - > 'Offer edit' page - > 'Plugins' tab - > 'FraudShield by 24Metrics':
To complete the integration, you need to take your API domain here: 'Admin panel' - > 'Settings' section - > 'Tracking domains' tab :
And your API key of the user with General manager role here: 'Users' section - > 'User management' section - > 'User edit' page - > 'Profile' - > 'API Token' :
Only the user with the General manager role has access to the 'User edit' page.
Then you need to set up API Domain and API Key on FraudShield panel: Integrations - > Setup - > New tracker - > Tracking Platform - > Affise.
How does it work?
Once the plugin is enabled in Affise, and the integration is allowed on the FraudShield side, the data will be sent to FraudShield for fraud analysis. The results can be checked on the FraudShield side and in Affise in 'Statistics' section - > 'FraudShield' slice:
Also, you can enable auto rejection options on the FraudShield side.
