How to use 'Time to Action' report

'Time to action' report is enabled for Affise clients of Trial,Enterprise and Custom plans. If you'd like to upgrade your plan to get a 'time to action' report, feel free to contact your dedicated Account Manager.

What is 'Time to action' report?

Time to action report can help you to define time between a user’s click and a conversion (action) eventually performed for a specific Offer (-s)/Affiliate (-s) and in terms of different offer’s goals.

The report can be extremelly helpful to highlight potential fraud sent by Affiliates and detect it on time.

How to create a report?

To get a ‘time to action’ report you’ll need:

1. Go to your Admin panel - > Statistics - > Time to action

2. Choose a specific timeframe for which the data should be sorted

3. Choose a specific Offer ID. Notice: Offer ID is a required field to be checked.

4. Choose Affiliate (-s): the field is optional. Once checked - the report will be created only for a specific Affiliate or Affiliates. If not checked (by default) - the report will be created for all the Affiliates sending traffic to the Offer.

5. Choose Goal: the field is optional. Once checked - the report will be created only for the conversions on a specific goal. If not checked - the report will be created for all the conversions on all the goals set in the offer’s settings.

6. Press View' button. 

What data will I see?

As a result of the steps above, you’ll see the report which includes the following data:

Affiliate: Affiliate name (ID) you’re checking the report for.

Clicks: an amount of all the clicks sent for a specific Offer by a particular Affiliate(-s) for a specified timeframe. 

Total conversions: a total amount of conversions made for a specific Offer by a particular Affiliate(-s) for a specific goal (or All goals).

Conversions (<30s): an amount of conversions where timespan between a click and a conversion equals less than 30 sec.

Conversions (30-600s): an amount of conversions where timespan between a click and a conversion is 30-600 sec.

Conversions (600s-3600s(1h)): an amount of conversions where timespan between a click and a conversion is 600 sec - 3600 sec (1h) .

Conversions (1h-2h): an amount of conversions where timespan between a click and a conversion is 1h - 2h.

Conversions (2h-12h): an amount of conversions where timespan between a click and a conversion is 2h - 12h.

Conversions (12h-24h(1d)): an amount of conversions where timespan between a click and a conversion is 12h - 24h.

Conversions (1d-2d): an amount of conversions where timespan between a click and a conversion is 1d - 2d.

Сonversions (2d-30d): an amount of conversions where timespan between a click and a conversion is 2d - 30d.

Conversions (>30d): an amount of conversions where timespan between a click and a conversion is more than 30 days.

Based on your report's results, you may notice some non-typical, fraudulent activity from some your sources on time and change them if needed.

If such activity is observed, you can move further to the report prepared for you by Affise team which shows how disruptive performance fraud can be, illustrates the most common fraud types and recommends fraud preventive measures.
