Use this page to work with tickets from your affiliates. You can reply to affiliates' questions sent as tickets and connect offers that must be processed through ticket system. Quick Reply templates are available in the system to make your work with tickets more efficient.
Click on the Tickets and to Ticket List then.
You will see the Ticket List.
You can Select tickets to Close them. You can Reply to the tickets or Delete them if you wish to.
Also you can Add a new Ticket and send it to your Affilate.
You can Reply to the tickets using pre-made Templates.
To create custom templates, navigate to Tickets -> Templates. You can Add new, Edit or Delete existing ones.
