Ticketing system

This article is aimed to specify tickets setup, creation, closure workflow.

An affiliate can ask a question through submiting a ticket in Support section. A ticket can be also generated when requesting access for the offer connection.

You can see all requests submitted as tickets under Tickets tab. Quick reply templates can be managed under Tickets > Templates tab. 

There are 5 options to manage tickets and three ways to filter them:

Add - stands for new ticket creation.
Activate selected - is used to approve offers connection requests specified in the tickets selected from the list.
Close selected - let you close all selected tickets automatically (no need to view them or reply).
Reject selected - is used to reject offers connection requests specified in the tickets selected from the list.
Remove selected - it will remove all selected tickets from the panel completely.

Tickets list can be filtered by id, status, affiliate's id.

A ticket can be selected through the left checkbox panel and can be actioned via ticket acces panel in the right corner or five action buttons.
